The business Safety Bay Settlements commenced operation in the late 1970's by Kim McDonald who had several years prior experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. He was one of the first to be Licensed under the Settlement Agents Act which commenced in 1981. Kim's daughter joined him nearly 10years ago and studied to obtain Diploma in Conveyancing and then granted her Settlement Agents Licence.
Safety Bay Settlements is the only Settlement Agent in the area with two Licensed Agents so you can be assured that your settlement is dealt with by the most professional and qualified Settlement Agent. The staff we employ have also had years of experience in Settlements. Dawn Kershaw, conveyancer has been in the industry for decades and our Outside Clerk Christine Reid has been employed by Safety Bay Settlements for 25years.
We are locally based in Rockingham and can be contacted anytime... If we are not in the office after hours, you can still phone and speak to us. Even on weekends, if you need to see us, then we are just a phone call away and come in to the office to meet with you...
